2 Printing plate silk market

According to the sampling survey, the average annual consumption of each printing and processing factory in the mainland is about 364 square meters, and the national annual consumption is about 20million square meters, of which 62.2% is imported silk. 3. Printing ink market

In general, the categories of inks produced in the mainland of China are relatively complete, including solvent inks suitable for various substrate materials, as well as the latest water-based inks and UV curing inks. It should be said that printing inks have developed rapidly, and some of them are of good quality. However, due to the wide range of printing substrates, such as metal, plastic, ceramics, glass, leather, and the emerging printing products in recent years, such as optical discs, magnetic cards, film switches, outdoor advertising, interior decoration, and trendy clothing, whether it is plane printing or special-shaped surface printing, it requires a large number of inks matching the substrate, so it can not fully meet the market demand of the above products. 4. Market of photosensitive adhesives for printing plates

The industry sampling survey shows that the average annual consumption of photosensitive adhesive in each printing enterprise is 162kg, and the national annual consumption is about 4300 tons, of which 57% are imported products, and the larger the scale of printing plants, the greater the proportion of imported products. At present, domestic photosensitive adhesives can basically meet the needs of the domestic market, and some of them have been exported to the Southeast Asian market. Diazo photosensitive adhesives, which are widely used in the current printing industry, were successfully developed and put on the market in 1984. They are widely used in plastic, paper, signs, metal, glass, instruments, leather, enamel, electronics, textile printing and dyeing and other industries with excellent performance. They are ideal photosensitive adhesives at present. D-S series diazo photosensitive adhesives produced by Beijing Taipingqiao Printing Materials Factory, s-f series diazo photosensitive adhesives produced by Zhejiang Jiangshan chemical coating factory, and various diazo photosensitive adhesives produced by Wuxi Chemical Research and Design Institute and Wuxi paper factory are well-known products, which are sold nationwide and exported to Southeast Asian countries. The photosensitive film (commonly known as film film) used for indirect plate making includes K-type film, LS film and silk dry film. The annual output of film in China is about 30000 square meters. The production logistics supporting diazo photosensitive adhesive only carries a series of code products, as well as various series of film remover and viscose. At present, the domestic diazo photosensitive adhesives with water resistance and solvent resistance are close to the foreign advanced level in the use effect, and can meet the production requirements of general precision printing plates, but some photosensitive adhesives and non diazo photosensitive adhesives for high-precision printing plates still need to be imported in large quantities. many varieties of high-quality photosensitive adhesives are the key factors to improve the printing quality in China. With the development of high-speed printing, polychromism and refinement, its requirements for photosensitive adhesives for printing plates are becoming higher and higher, requiring high sensitivity, high imaging power, high stability and pollution-free. At present, some photosensitive adhesive companies are researching and developing a non diazo photosensitive adhesive. The European printing Federation introduced three families of photosensitive adhesives in the world: diazo photosensitive adhesives, double photosensitive adhesives and pure photopolymer photosensitive adhesives. The characteristics of these three photosensitive adhesives are:

(1) diazo photosensitive adhesives are heat sensitive, need to be mixed, and the storage time is short. Photosensitive adhesives contain less solid components, longer exposure time and affordable, and have the largest sales volume in the market

(2) double photosensitive photoresist photoresist is also heat sensitive and needs to be mixed, but its solid component is larger than diazo photoresist, and the price is relatively expensive. It is characterized by the use of standard exposure time, which is conducive to the correct reproduction of images and the solubility of all printing inks (water-based or solvent inks)

(3) pure photopolymer photosensitive adhesive, which is called SBQ (styrene pyridine salt) photosensitive adhesive in Japan. It usually contains high solid components and can be used immediately without adding photosensitizer. It is also called non diazo photosensitive adhesive, and its sensitivity is 3 ~ 50 times higher than diazo photosensitive adhesive; The exposure time is short, only about 1/5 of that of diazo photoresist; With high imaging power, image reproduction and development performance are better than diazo photosensitive adhesive; The storage time is long, and it can be stored for more than 3 years in high temperature and humid climate, which will not affect the quality of plate making

due to the above characteristics, the pure photopolymer photosensitive adhesive is more in line with the development direction of photosensitive adhesive in the future, that is, high sensitivity, easy to save energy, reduce cost and improve efficiency; High resolution, convenient for fine line ultra precision printing; The high solid content makes the coating film smooth and the plate making line clear, which is suitable for high-precision plate making; Green, using single liquid resin as raw material, not only the product is environmentally friendly, but also the production process is pollution-free and pollution-free. At present, non diazo photosensitive adhesive has appeared in the foreign market, but its price is high, about 10 times that of ordinary photosensitive adhesive, reaching 700 ~ 800 yuan/kg. At present, some international and domestic scientific research institutions and photosensitive adhesive manufacturers are committed to the research and development of the above-mentioned parties. It is believed that in the near future, a high-quality and affordable non diazo photosensitive adhesive will appear in China's printing market, giving priority to the choice of water cooling
